Schau Dir mal das Paket chrony an. Macht genau das was Du suchst. Beim Systemstart wird die Systemzeit mit der eines Zeitservers (z.B. ptbtime1.ptb.de) abgeglichen. Ist die Zeitdifferenz zu groß geht die Systemuhr etwas schneller bzw. langsamer, um so die Differenz in einem gewissen Zeitraum auszugleichen.
